Terms and conditions

Last updated: 12 August 2026.

These terms describe use of the Universal Education website. Universal Edu Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 10386358 at 18 Crook Log, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 8BP, England. A paid counselling, application-support or partnership arrangement may be subject to separate written terms, which take priority for that service if they conflict with these website terms.

General information

Website content is general guidance, not legal, immigration or financial advice. Programme availability, fees, entry requirements, deadlines, immigration rules and institution policies can change. Obtain current information for your circumstances before making decisions or payments.

No guaranteed outcomes

Universal Education can provide guidance and application support, but does not control decisions made by universities, colleges, scholarship bodies, accommodation providers or government authorities. Admission, scholarship, visa and employment outcomes are never guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing application details before submission, meeting deadlines and complying with institution and government requirements. You must not provide false or misleading information.

Students under 18 and parent involvement

A parent or legal guardian may need to approve or enter a service arrangement for a student under 18. How parents receive information is agreed with the student and handled in line with age, safeguarding, consent and applicable law. Parent involvement does not remove the student’s responsibility to provide accurate information.

Fees, cancellations and refunds

The website does not take payment. Any service fee, payment schedule, cancellation right, refund term and included work must be set out in the separate written service agreement supplied before payment. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Website use

You may use this website for legitimate personal, educational or professional enquiries. You must not attempt to access private submissions, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or submit automated spam.

External services

The website may link to third-party services such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, maps, government portals and social platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Universal Education responsible for a third party’s availability or content.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website copy, design and brand assets belong to Universal Education or are used under licence. You may view and print material for your own non-commercial planning, but may not reproduce the site or branding commercially without permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care in preparing the website but do not promise that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Universal Education is not responsible for losses caused by relying on out-of-date general content instead of obtaining current personalised information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Complaints

Send a complaint to info@universaleducation.me with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and review it as promptly as reasonably possible. Any escalation or refund route in a separate service agreement continues to apply.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

Universal Education

Personal guidance in Arabic or English, from the first conversation through arrival and the years that follow.
