Full Time | Salary + Bonus + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Providing industry-leading customer service and respond to all inquiries - Flexible with answering inquires out of the working hours
- Performing student counseling and product promotion
- Influencing and converting student opportunities from new lead to deposit paid status
- Maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and recording all activities and contacts with students, parents and educational institutions
- Developing a strong working relationship with International Education Institutions
- Working with International Education Institutions to create opportunities for joint activities
- Maintaining an excellent standard of administration and preparation for events and activities
Essential Skills:
- Fluent spoken Arabic and English
- Results orientated, ambitious and highly motivated
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of audiences
- Strong organisational, planning and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to deadline and within budget, to meet challenging targets
- Strong attention to detail
- University-level education
- Ability to think creatively and turn problems into solutions or opportunities
- The ability to adapt positively and quickly to changing environments and priorities
- Experience of sales or marketing (is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Experience of working to and meeting targets (is a plus, but not mandatory)
